Train Personal Fitness

All sessions are an hour in duration.  We do offer half hour PT sessions at our studio gym, please contact us for more information.

Upon signing up for Personal Training* you will receive an optional free fitness Assessment & welcome pack which includes personalized stretch sheet, nutritional information, optional diet diary analysis & water bottle (while stocks last), plus other helpful information to assist you in your goals.

At the gym we provide towels and water, all you have to do is bring yourself and a drinks bottle.
