Group Fitness Training is a great idea if you don't have the budget to personal train but need to be motivated and monitored.

This option offers the benefit of having a personal trainer but at the shared cost of a group. Groups are no larger than six and you will be trained according to your ability and fitness level. You will have your own individualised weights programme, but will share a cardio circuit with the group.

Each cardio session is varied from circuit training, cardio machines to boxing.  No pre-exercising experience or fitness level needed as you are individually set exercises according to your ability and fitness level.

You don't have to know any of the other members prior to joining, but you soon find that with regular attendance, you form a natural bond with the other participants.  You may also find yourself meeting up outside of the sessions for a jog!

Group training takes place at our private Personal Training Studio in Croydon.

The sessions are an hour in duration and always supervised by a Personal Trainer.  Group sessions run throughout the week, contact us for a timetable.

We also have casual group session at Gym Share, these take place in the morning before 11am and are up to groups of 6 arranged by you.  You then have a personalised training card which gets updated every 4 weeks.  Please contact us for more details.
