Angela is our mobile personal Trainer and has been a fully qualified Personal Trainer since 2004.  She is a fully insured and registered fitness professional with Fitness Australia.

Angela has been training some of her clients for over 5 years now.  She provides an ongoing fitness assessment, personalised stretch sheets and nutritional help. 

Angela's specialised area is pre/post pregnancy and posture (Angela worked closely with a chiropractor whilst undertaking her massage course). 

Angela is always taking courses to keep up to date with all of the new fitness trends and new research. 

Angela is a very down to earth trainer and loves changing people's fitness and lifestyle habits.  Her favourite area is starting that absolute beginner on a life changing journey so they can incorporate fitness into their everyday life.
