I have been training some of my clients for over 6 years now.  I provide an ongoing fitness assessment, personalised stretch sheets and nutritional help. 

My specialised areas are pre/post pregnancy and posture (I worked closely with a chiropractor whilst undertaking my massage course). 

I am always taking courses to keep up to date with all of the new fitness trends and new research. 

I am a very down to earth trainer and loves changing people's fitness and lifestyle habits.  My favourite area is starting that absolute beginner on a life changing journey so they can incorporate fitness into their everyday life.
